Reset Password Email

If you Forgot your Password, you can have an email sent to you with a link to reset the password. If you do not receive this email, there are a number of possible solutions:

· Verify your email address is correct – a typo in the email address would result in the email not being sent.

· Verify the email address entered is the one that is related to your SeasonAbroad account.

· The email has been accidentally flagged as ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ by your email provider, and you’ll need to find it in your Spam folder.

Here are some links to help you find the missing email in the Spam/Junk folder:

Gmail (Gmail Help )

  • Log into your Gmail account.
  • If the Spam folder does not appear on the left, click the “more” option just above contacts.
  • Select Spam to view messages in the spam folder.

MSN Hotmail (Hotmail Help )

  • Log into your email account.
  • To check your Junk Folder, simply click the Junk folder link on the left.

Yahoo! Mail (Yahoo Mail Help )

  • Log into your email account.
  • To check your Spam Folder, simply click the Spam folder on the left.

MS Outlook (Outlook Help )

1. In Mail, in the Navigation Pane, click the Junk E-mail folder.

2. Click any message that you don’t want to be marked as junk, then on the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Not Junk.
