To allow cookies for IE Internet Explorer:
1. Select Tools menu, then Internet Options.
2. On the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the top to block all cookies or to the bottom to allow all cookies.
3. Click OK.

- Verify that third-party software on your computer (such as ad blockers and personal firewalls) aren’t blocking cookies.
